Amy Elizabeth Fox is a senior leadership strategist with experience consulting to senior leadership on issues related to human capital, organizational health and leadership development. Over the past decade and a half she has spoken at numerous national industry gatherings and led workshops for corporate executives across the country in areas such as leadership communication and negotiation.

She is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobius Executive Leadership, a premier leadership development firm with offices in Boston and London. Mobius builds on the work of the Harvard Negotiation Project, which, over the last 20 years, has pioneered the development and application to the corporate context of theories and tools for negotiating, managing conflict, and building effective working relationships.

Her recent clients include: American Management Systems, Standard and Poors, Merrill Lynch, Capital One, Selective Insurance, Wachovia Inc., Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Butterfield, Bank of Montreal, Ritchie Capital, Geller and Company, Phillips-Conoco, Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical, Genentech Inc., Sanofi-Aventis, PPD, Citrix Systems, Intuit, Xilinx, The New York Times Company, Cox Communications, CIT, Lexmark, Target, Gap Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield, and KB Home. She recently taught courses for Linkage Inc., the Women’s Leadership Exchange, the Institute for Management Studies (USA), and the Canadian Centre for Management Development.

Prior to her current work, Amy was a senior trainer for Vantage Partners anchoring their corporate education delivery of Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most in both private and public sectors.

Earlier in her career Amy was the Director of Training and Organizational Development for Wellspace Inc., a health care start-up. Previously, she served as the Associate Director of the National Religious Partnership for the Environment, an educational initiative headed by Paul Gorman, Vice President Al Gore and Carl Sagan. She was Special Assistant to the Dean of Education, City College and Education Director of an in-patient alcohol rehabilitation hospital.

Amy is certified as an executive coach in the area of Emotional Intelligence by Hay/McBer and Associates, and as a trainer in the System for Analyzing Verbal Interaction by SAVI® Communications.

Amy is a psychotherapist who is affiliated with Cambridge Health Associates. She also serves as a Literary Scout for David Black Agency in New York City. Amy also serves on the board of Health Care Without Harm, a global environmental NGO. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College.

Erica Ariel Fox is the co-founder of Mobius Executive Leadership and the creator of the Winning from Within® methodology. She advises the most senior leaders in influential companies around the world, and is known for her exceptional track of transforming senior leadership potential into CEO leadership capacity. Her book, Winning From Within: A Breakthrough Method for Leading, Living, and Lasting Change, was a New York Times bestseller, and her writing has been published in Forbes, Bloomberg, the Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, McKinsey Quarterly, and as an Influencer in LinkedIn. Erica also teaches negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Erica has taught all around the globe, including in Asia, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, all over Europe and the UK, and throughout the United States and Canada. Over 20 years, Erica has refined the Winning From Within® methodology to support leadership development breakthroughs. She advises CEOs, top teams, and other business leaders to achieve their highest aspirations. She also coaches top teams in breakdown, whether they face internal conflict or challenges with their clients. She is a sought-after speaker to offer keynotes at global gatherings and corporate events, as well as to lead top team off-sites.

Erica’s passion is for teaching extended leadership development programs for senior leaders, helping them to shift core mindsets and behaviors to open new avenues of possibility. Her research and teaching combine timeless wisdom, depth psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative practices with practical problem-solving business tools.

Erica received her undergraduate degree with honors from Princeton University. She received her law degree with honors from Harvard Law School, where she has taught since 1996. Today Erica is exploring the meaning of life as a “global citizen,” living with her husband and stepson outside of Amsterdam in The Netherlands while maintaining a diverse life of clients and friends in the United States. She has recently moved her home base in the US from Boston to New York City.

Andrea Winter brings over seventeen years of experience facilitating change in organizations. She provides individual and team coaching (including 360 degree feedback coaching) to C-suite, senior and middle executives from a variety of organizations in South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. She is an experienced group facilitator, develops leaders as coaches; and develops facilitators. She has designed and facilitated culture change programs for clients in the finance, mining and oil & gas industries in Southern Africa, in the finance, chemicals and construction industries in the US, and in manufacturing in Europe.

Andrea runs a Leadership Development and Executive Coaching consultancy in the US. Her clients include the UN Secretariat, The International Monetary Fund, US Treasury, International Finance Corporation, The World Bank and State Street. Andrea’s previous experience was as Program Director of Corporate Customized Skills at a top business school in South Africa where she consulted, designed and facilitated in company leadership programs as well as leading the MBA elective on executive coaching. Prior to this, as senior consultant with Gemini Consulting, she focused on the areas of marketing and strategy in the FMCG and telecommunications industries in the United Kingdom and South Africa. Andrea also anchored the TV program ‘Boardroom Dancing’ (a leadership skills program) and an interfaith program on National Television in South Africa. She spent a number of years as a strategist and account manager in the Advertising industry in South Africa and the USA.

Having lived and worked in Africa, Europe, Australia and the United States, she has a good understanding of what it takes to be successful in an international, multi cultural environment.

Andrea has a BA (psychology, economics and drama) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She has an MBA (cum laude) from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, and Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago, where she won the gold medal as top student. She is certified by the Newfield Network as an ontological coach, is accredited in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and as a Lead Facilitator with Gita Bellin & Associates. In addition, she has been schooled in Nancy Kline Creating Thinking Environments, Dialogue and Process Work. Andrea spent the past 8 years as a board member of Soul City, a prominent Southern African health and education NGO.

A Canadian living in Geneva, Alexander co-leads the European practice for Mobius. He works as an executive coach, facilitator of transformation, mediator and culture change consultant across a broad range of industries.

Alexander has worked as an external facilitator and coach with a global professional services firm for the last 12 years, serving both internal and client facing needs. Within the firm, he works as a lead facilitator for several internal leadership programs, including the Centred Leadership Program, Centred Leadership Fundamentals, and the Personal Insight Workshop. He also works as a personal coach for many members of the firm in Europe, North and South America as well as supporting a number of CSTs. Alex and his team in London also support non-firm clients working directly with CEOs and top teams to help guide them in realigning and shifting their corporate culture.

In his previous career, Alexander worked as a litigator with the Canadian national firm of Heenan & Blaikie LLC. After leaving the practice of law, Alexander was an Adjunct Professor at Université de Montréal’s HEC and lecturer at McGill University’s Law School as well as guest lecturer with the Harvard Negotiation Project’s Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative.

Alexander earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University, his B.C.L. (civil law) from Université Laval, his L.L.B. (common law) from University of Western Ontario Law School. He is certified in Gestalt Organization and Systems Development, Kierson consulting (Executive Team Alignment), and is certified to use the suite of tools offered through the Values Center of Richard Barrett.

He is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish, and  is learning more and more Dutch.

Alexander enjoys spending as much of his spare time with his young children, Theodore and Agnès, cooking, tending to the garden, biking, hiking and skiing and traveling to Amsterdam as often as possible.

Sally Arundell is Mobius’ Chief Operating Officer and Leadership Specialist. She has over 15 years of consulting experience advising senior clients on their most strategic business challenges. She specializes in leadership development, transformational, organizational and culture change, top team effectiveness and strategy. Sally has worked with companies and senior teams across a multitude of industries, including financial services, consumer products, professional services, private equity, retail, and oil & gas.

Prior to joining Mobius’ executive team, Sally was an Experienced Expert Manager at Bain & Company, and a founding member of Bain & Co’s global Leadership Centre of Excellence. She has designed senior leader & executive leadership programs, executive behavior change programs (supported by organisational cascades), articulated what leadership means for organisations, and has hands-on expertise across the end-to-end talent value chain. Sally has also served on the executive board of an educational charity, advised UK start-ups, and is a qualified fitness instructor.

Today Sally focuses on designing and delivering transformational senior leadership programs, and supporting top teams and senior executives to drive organisational change. In addition to her leadership expertise, Sally supports Mobius’ CEO in steering the business in her capacity as Mobius’ COO.

Sally has worked across multiple geographies, including 9 years in London; she has worked across cultures, supporting clients in the Middle East, Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia and South Africa. Sally grew up in Australia and studied at the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology, where she obtained 3 undergraduate degrees; she also holds two postgraduate degrees and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer. Sally received further education through Newfield Network, is a certified Barrett Values© practitioner and executive coach and experienced with a multitude of talent assessment and profiling tools. Sally lives in Chicago with her husband Nate and their young daughter Zoe, and in her free time enjoys fitness, travel, skiing and theatre.

Thomas Halbeisen is a Leadership Advisor and Management Consultant. He is Principal at Mobius Executive Leadership and has over 15 years of consulting experience in leadership development and transformational change; accompanying companies and top teams in transformational and cultural change processes; leadership development programs, and re-organization and organizational development. Thomas worked with management teams of various industries, primarily Telecommunications/IT, Manufacturing/Utilities, and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Mobius Executive Leadership, Thomas was Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Zürich, co-leading the global initiative McKinsey Leadership Development and McKinsey`s Transformational Change Service. Prior joining McKinsey he was Partner and Member of the Managing Board at Malik Management Zentrum, St. Gallen.

Today Thomas focuses on supporting top teams and senior executives in leading business transformations.

He helps them increase their individual leadership repertory and their team effectiveness, combined with helping them to implement architectures and journeys for sustainable organizational change as well as necessary changes in behaviours and mind-sets. He also serves as a senior faculty member for immersive leadership programs, e.g., the joint Mobius-Egon Zehnder Executive Breakthrough Program for current CEOs and CEO candidates.

Thomas grew up in Austria and studied at the Universities of Vienna and Edinburgh and holds a MSc in Sociology. He received further education in system oriented management and leadership development, e.g., McKinsey Leadership Development Master Class, and is licensed to work with MBTI ® and the Leadership Circle Profile ®. Thomas has served as lecturer in the Master in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen. He is a native German speaker and fluent in English. Thomas lives with his wife Florence and their two sons in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, jogging, cooking, and traveling.

Bernardus Holtrop is lead faculty member and designer of transformational leadership development experiences, executive team facilitator and executive coach with Mobius Executive Leadership. He is also Mobius’ Client Experience Officer. Within his leadership work, he is passionate about spotting untapped potential in leaders and supporting them to unlock stuck patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. He works with leaders to deeply connect to themselves and others, and with teams to foster trust and (re)build relationships to create results. A global citizen with residences in The Netherlands and the United States, he translates leadership across cultures effortlessly.

Over the last 15 years Bernardus facilitated Leadership Development experiences across many sectors of business and public space, including professional services, private equity, manufacturing, energy, electronics, banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, entertainment, retail and fast moving consumer goods.

Previously Bernardus was a strategy and organizational consultant and leadership development program manager at McKinsey & Company, after having started his career as a researcher and application developer at the Dutch Institute for Applied Physics.

Bernardus earned a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente and a MBA in General Management from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is also a certified transformational coach who helps individuals create breakthroughs in their professional and personal lives.

Nathalie is a writer, researcher, and intellectual property advisor in the fields of personal, professional, and organizational development. She is the editor of the Mobius Strip, our journal for leadership development and organizational change practitioners; curates the Mobius Monthly newsletter; and works closely with Next Practice Institute faculty to promote their intellectual contributions.

Before moving to Ireland in 2016 to set up as an independent writer and knowledge advisor, Nathalie spent twenty years working for McKinsey & Company in their London office. Focused on building communities of practice to address the people side of strategic business issues, she has worked across an extensive range of sectors and functional practices.

She spent more than a decade building McKinsey’s organizational consulting capability, acting as their Global Knowledge Manager in Human Capital and Organizational Behavior.

Nathalie focuses on providing direct support to experts in their fields to produce speeches, interviews, articles and the case studies that best capture their unique contributions. She also critiques manuscripts (fiction and non-fiction) and provides synthesized topic briefings in her areas of expertise.

She has spent most of her life between Boston, London and Dublin and can usually be found in one these places. Nathalie has a B.A. in History and Politics from Trinity College, Dublin and a Postgrad in Psychology from the University of Westminster. She is at work on her own book about the psychology of money.
