$5,750, due and payable at registration, includes the cost of the program, all materials, room and meals at the Warren Conference Center beginning with Sunday (8/23) room check-in & dinner, and ending with room check out & lunch on Wednesday (8/26). Each participant is responsible for additional costs such as: incidentals at the hotel, ground travel, airfare, and meals outside the set schedule above. Once registered, the fees are non-refundable. However, your spot may be transferrable to another participant pending approval from Nate Boaz.
