Adriana coaches and consults globally in the fields of healthcare, professional services, technology, education and agriculture.
Adriana is most inspired when she is coaching leaders to embody their unique leadership style, directly linking the power of personal transformation with the client’s strategy and execution. In addition to executive coaching, she designs strategy execution and leadership development programs that build awareness of each person’s unique contribution to the collective.
At Blue Cross Blue Shield, Adriana held executive leadership roles in strategy and execution, transformational change management, long-range planning and project portfolio management. As one of few female executives within her division, she developed a deep commitment to work within systems to create breakthrough opportunities.
Adriana is a first-generation Cuban-American who did not speak English until she started school. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University, a Masters in Epidemiology & Public Health from the University of Miami and a Masters in Psychology from Meridian University. She is a Master Certified Integral Coach™, and a Certified Integral Facilitator™. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
