Juliane Dietz

Juliane has been working as a certified trainer and facilitator since 1997, especially in leadership and management development. She supports during implementation of service, sales and leadership processes and moderates interactive large group events. In the huge field of change management she assists her clients in development of strategies and -counselling of change processes.

She started her career in Human Resources in a Consultancy Company for Customer Interaction & Relationship Management. There she set up huge Service Centres for her customers in various sectors such as financial services, insurances, energy providers, automotive, tourism, IT/telecommunication, publishers, pharmaceutical and consumer industry. Her area of responsibility embraced from recruitment to training and personal change and development. She is especially closely connected to trainings and workshops for workplace health promotion and self-management.

Becoming a certified Organization-developer (Trigon, 2002), Mediator & Conflict counsellor (inmedio, 2005) and Coach (CTI, London 2011), Juliane expanded her field of work in management of conflicts among individual team members, groups and within organization departments. She very often supports larger groups in their team development and counsels in conflicts on all business levels.

She is licensed for MBTI-Myers-Briggs-Type Indicator, TMS-Team-Management-Systems and mastered University at Anthony Robbins, San Diego/USA.

Juliane studied Banking and Translation and fulfilled language studies in universities in England (Reading) and Spain (Leon). Her professional experience contains being a consultant at Deutsche Bank AG (4,5 yrs), Commercial Specialist at Training & Consultancy for Siemens-Nixdorf in England (2 yrs) and being a Senior Customer Support at Sales & Training for Dow Jones (5 yrs). She also worked for various consultancy companies at home and abroad.

She is fluent in German (mother tongue), English and conversational in Spanish.

Juliane finds even work-life-balance by running, doing fitness courses, skiing, adventurous travelling around the world (with crucial tests) and pampering her four godchildren.
