Andrea Ingrisch

Andrea believes coaching provides professional support for individuals during periods of transition, development and transformation. Her coaching aims to increase her coachees’ impact, effectiveness and awareness as leaders in their professional and private lives. Key levers include generating an understanding of the underlying behaviour patterns, assessing the coachee’s position within the context of the organization, as well as defining clear objectives, reviewing old and new ways forward and identifying obstacles. Based on that, coaching helps the individual ultimately follow through a chosen path and achieve his or her goals.

Her coachees are individuals who want to develop professionally and personally, who want to improve their ability to perform, their impact, fulfilment and contentment. She works with international senior executives and candidates with high potential, both in a corporate and a private setting.

Andrea’s key themes of my coaching are leadership development, career planning and decisions, “first 100 days”, strengthening emotional and relationship intelligence to complement analytical capabilities, achieving higher imparct through working on presence, authenticity, teamwork and impact, developing vales as a guiding principle for one’s path in life, and improving work-life balance and reintegrating.

Coaching is based on deep and focused conversations centred around the coachee. Her work is value-based – openness and honesty, trust and confidentiality, goal orientation and focus in a strong coaching relationship are key factors for your joint success. Each coaching engagement will be customized at the beginning according to the coachee’s needs.

Individual change processes are often closely linked with change processes at the team and organizational level. In addition to individual coaching Andrea provides team coaching, facilitation as well as consulting to organizations on transformational change. Core to her consulting work is the ‘how’ rather than the ‘what’: the implementation of strategy on an organizational, cultural and people level.
