Bettina Rollow

Bettina Rollow is a uniquely skilled and experienced facilitator, executive coach and senior advisor. She has her master in International Business Studies and has worked several years as a senior consultant for the Volkswagen Group – consulting in change projects and process optimization across all major brands of the VW Group. Since 2014 she works as a freelance organizational developer and coach. Her experience ranges from team facilitation and one-on-one coaching to New Work and strategic change management.

Bettina is focused on complex projects often involving intercultural elements and a need to being able to address the organizational structure as well as the individual. With her being trained as a Getalt therapist and a coach, she developed a specialty in creating collaborative working models across companies. Recently she works more and more with companies evolving themselves into New Work organizations, where self-organization and a lack of hierarchy and designated leadership are the guiding principles.

Before joining the corporate sector she organized a German-Chinese PhD program between the FU Berlin and various Chinese universities. Having lived, studied and worked in China and South Korea she is very experienced in intercultural communication and leading international teams. Bettina is fluent in English and has a moderate knowledge of Chinese. She regularly attends trainings and self-development courses for her own personal growth and enjoys long mediation retreats to deepen her insights.
