Catherine Mullally

Catherine Mullally is the President of CMC Group, LLC. She is a sought after public speaker, seminar leader and strategic advisor to senior executives with a focus on driving alignment in people, business practices, culture and organizations. She has published articles on issues of leadership, communication and collaboration, and is a contributing author to the best-selling 42 Rules for Creating WE. Catherine’s topics include Congruence across the System, Brand/Business Strategy and Executive Development with concentration on Personal Presence, Reputation Management and Communication.

As a strategic advisor, Catherine collaborates with senior executives in order to elevate personal performance and raise effectiveness of the larger system. Her clients represent industry leaders in finance including BlackRock, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, various hedge funds, et al. Catherine’s career has spanned over thirty years. She is a former media executive with previous roles at Ogilvy & Mather, McCann, Children’s Television Workshop (Sesame Place) and Viacom, where for ten years she led a global business unit for MTV Networks in New York.

With a lifelong commitment to the public good, she has also served in various board positions, including Chief Executive of Susan G. Komen for the Cure in Los Angeles, co-president of the National Eating Disorders Association, and Communication Chair for the Women’s Venture Fund in New York. She is a member of the National Speaker’s Association, the International Leadership Association, is a founding member of the Creating WE Institute and the Conscious Leadership Network. She attended California State University and New York University.
