Charles Jones

Charles Jones, a Mobius Senior Consultant and Executive Coach, has ten years of experience in executive coaching and organizational development in a wide range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and transportation.

A behavioral scientist by training, Charles has developed a unique methodology for analyzing performance challenges in terms of the motivations, emotions and thought patterns of the players involved and designing highly efficient solutions to seemingly intractable problems.

Charles’s clients have included American Airlines, Capital One, Citigroup, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, Motorola, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (nor part of J&J), Deloitte, GE, Lockheed Martin, Nokia Siemens Networks, Sunovion, US Postal Service, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Charles is a graduate of the Executive Coaching Institute, studied Ontological Coaching under Fernando Flores, is trained in Nonviolent Communication, has a certificate in Instructional Design from The Performance Company, and is skilled in the use of the MBTI and Hogan Assessments.
