Devra Fradin, a Mobius Executive Coach and Senior Consultant, has twenty years of experience working with high performing senior leaders and their teams in professional services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, advertising, consumer goods, and higher education.
Devra’s coaching approach is both insight and action-oriented. Clients leave sessions with increased self-awareness and clarity – and the courage to take on the rewarding, but difficult, work of change. Back in the workplace, they use “action experiments” to overcome limiting mindsets and to practice more effective leadership behaviors.
Recent coaching engagements include Partners in a global professional services firm; the EVP of Human Resources at a U.S. bank; the Managing Director at a wealth management firm; the VP of Corporate Strategy for a pharmaceutical; the CEO of an advertising agency; and the COO of a law firm.
Previously, Devra headed Leadership Development at Sanofi-Synthelabo (now Sanofi-Aventis.) In this role, she worked with leaders on issues related to team development, strategic communication, performance management, change leadership, and integration. She was also a consultant in Linkage, Inc.’s Leadership and Coaching practice, where she designed organization-wide coaching initiatives and facilitated coach-training programs for managers and leaders in Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profits.
Devra has a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in English from Brown University. She completed her coach training at the ICF-accredited International Coaching Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organization and Systems Development.
