Diana Theodores

Diana Theodores, PhD is a Senior Consultant with Mobius Executive Leadership and an international performance coach specialising in Presence, Communication, and Impact & Influence. Diana applies her years of experience in professional theatre directing to the principles of ‘great performance’ on the business stage. Her dynamic approach to coaching and facilitating offers an irresistible invitation for people to connect with their unique force and bring their fullest selves forward. Her clients represent a diverse range of industries including oil, banking, insurance, media, engineering, technology, legal, sports, automotive, pharmaceuticals, academia and entertainment. They consistently rate her as contagiously energizing, confidence boosting and inspiring.

At the Cranfield School of Management, (Financial Times top 10 business schools in the world) Diana is a Program Director for Impact & Influence and Speaking to Inspire for Senior Leaders, rated 5-stars. At the Banff Centre, Canada’s premiere institute for creative leadership, Diana has been a core facilitator and coach for several Leadership programs over the past 10 years, including Centered Leadership, Leading for Results, and Powerful Expressions: Acting Like a Leader.

A native of New York and long-term resident of London, Diana is Director of Theatre 4 Business, a corporate training and coaching company, currently working with HSBC, Ernst &Young, Pernod Ricard, Mercedes F1, the Edition Hotel Group, and Atkins Global on a range of projects – including Women Leadership programs and Diversity & Inclusion programs, rehearsal directing for industry conferences and team coaching.

Diana has worked with many inspirational theatre artists over the years and has staged works at the Abbey Theatre, the Gate Theatre, the Royal Court and many others. She holds a Ph.D., Trinity College, Dublin, an MFA, York University, Toronto, a BA, Bennington, College, Vermont, USA and is a certified Coach from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California. She enjoys thoroughbred racing and vintage musicals with her husband, Arno. Her wise ones are her sons, Justin and Toban, and her sources of wonder are her four grandchildren in California and Vancouver.
