Ester Martinez is an executive coach and a psychotherapist with 18 years of experience working with leaders and teams.
She has trained in multiple transformational disciplines that can be applied to organizational settings and leadership development including: Gestalt group work, Family Constellations with Bert Hellinger, Somatic body/mind work, and Craneosacral Therapy and Body Therapy based on Francois Mèziers method.
She has been pivotal in developing, assisting and promoting the innovative methods of Constellations work and the work of Mike Boxhall “Presence in Stillness” – a synthesis of craneal work, jungian psychology and Dzogchen throughout Spain and South America.
Ester is a pioneer in the integration of mystical principles with Constellations work as a means for deep personal and collective transformation. This innovation was a result of her work as a key member of non-dual teacher Thomas Hübl´s core team. Thomas Hübl is an internationally renowned spiritual teacher with uncompromising clarity, radicality and offering an integrated practice in the marketplace.
Ester’s deep interest and immersion in the study, research and application of mystical principles, in combination with her capacities as a therapist have given her a unique ability to help people access, illuminate and integrate previously hidden and unrealized parts of themselves and their lives. Her deep connection and comprehension of what lies beneath perceived patterns, roles, and identity allow people to connect more fully to their life’s true purpose and potential and to gain clarity into areas which may be blocking them.
Ester holds a BA in International Relations and MA in Humanities and a Ph.D in Philosophy and Ethics. She has studied/practiced Zen Meditation with Roshi Kiunan Ana Maria Schlüter for the last 22 years and is still actively practicing zazen and supporting global social projects of Zendo Betania in Spain.
When not traveling the world promoting and working on her many projects she resides in Valencia Spain near her two grown sons.
