Francisco Lanus has over 15 years of consulting experience in leadership development and transformational change. He is a senior consultant specialist in designing and implementing Transformational Cultural Processes for large companies.
He led several digital and efficiency change management programs. He diagnosed, designed, and drive change processes for culture, leadership structure, learning strategy, organizational development, and workplace environment in various industries Consulting, Banking, Telecommunications, Insurance, Retail, Agribusiness, Entertainment and Healthcare in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru
He is an executive coach, manages assessments, and facilitates transformational leadership and conflict resolution workshops.
Francisco has a BA in psychology with a specialization in clinical and systemic psychology at the University of Buenos Aires Hospital. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School. He was part of the Center Public Leadership Board at Harvard and a Teaching Assistant in Adaptive Leadership (Ronald Heifetz). He was also trained in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution by Fisher’s disciple, Dr. Susskind, a Member of the school of Negotiation, Harvard MIT.
Francisco has a coach certification from the Center for Cognitive Coaching, Thinking Collaborative, USA, and studied Organizational Science at Saint Andrews University. He is also a facilitator and moderator at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
He is the Managing Director of Adaptativo Network. Prior he was a senior consultant at Signos Project and a partner at Nepsis Consulting. He was co-founder at several social business enterprises in Latin America. Francisco is a mindfulness instructor and spent 9 months in silence in a Meditation House in Germany.
Francisco is a native Spanish speaker and speaks fluent English. He studied 3 years of Philosophy and Theology and has experience with body therapy and systemic constellation. Francisco lives with his wife and 3 children in Buenos Aires. In his free time, he loves playing soccer, rugby, cooking, and reading.
