Jeroen Kamphuis is a leadership and organizational change facilitator, consultant and executive coach. He works with senior leaders to help them identify their purpose as they prepare to mobilize change in their organization. He supports clients to architect and execute transformational programs.
Jeroen is a trusted guide for change leaders and their top teams, with over fifteen years’ experience across a broad range of industries. He is considered an expert in building both the systems and the relationships for sustained organizational development that addresses both business performance and the wellbeing of the organization’s people.
Recent projects include working with an international financial service provider to design
and implement a new infrastructure to trigger cultural shifts in behavior. Delivery included diagnostics to surface the central issues; crafting a global transformation playbook; setting up and training a change agent network to scale the new way of working across Asia and Europe; facilitating top team collaboration; launching a company-wide capability building program.
Previously, Jeroen worked for Achmea, the largest international insurance company in the Netherlands, where he was Head of HR Corporate & Change programs, overseeing company- wide transformations. He was also responsible for designing and delivering leadership programs at all levels in the company.
Jeroen earned his bachelor’s degree in management, economics and law. He has studied change management, (lean) consulting, coaching, and leadership at leading consultancy firms, Cardiff University and Ashridge Business School. He is schooled in the use of Gallup StrengthsFinder and understanding systemic intelligence (including Constellation work).
Jeroen lives with his partner and their two children in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.
