John Abbruzzese, Director of Leadership Education and Mobius Senior Consultant, works with clients across a range of industries including technology, banking, chemical, pharmaceuticals, government, healthcare, and law. He creates client impact through training, consulting, and coaching in negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, team dynamics, and leadership.
His work draws on cutting-edge research in organizational behavior, neuroscience, and social psychology as well as the latest tools of transformational coaching, systems thinking, and action science. Bolstered by extensive training in improvisational comedy and acting, John fuses insights from the sciences and the expressive arts to drive client growth in leadership presence, visioning, and innovation.
Outside of consulting in the public and private sector, John is an Associate Professor at Providence College, in Providence, RI, where he teaches moral leadership and legal ethics. He has also served on the teaching teams of Harvard Law School’s negotiation workshop as well as the Harvard Negotiation Institute’s negotiation programs for professionals.
John holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from Brown University.
