Julie Salganik has extensive expertise in business strategy and process, change management, facilitation, and executive training and coaching. She has helped clients implement strategic, organizational, and behavioral
change in Fortune 500/Global 1000 companies, start-ups, and non-profits.
Julie works with corporate clients on negotiating and managing long-term, complex, interdependent partnerships to maximize value from working with suppliers, alliance partners, outsourcing providers, key customers, and government agencies/regulatory organizations. To enable collaboration, she helps clients effectively align, influence, and collaborate internally across complex, matrixed, geographically-dispersed organizations. She has helped clients align business development strategies; enable sales teams to work consultatively with customers; identify and develop high-performing talent; and design and institutionalize corporate functions, including procurement and alliance management. Julie also helps non-profit organizations with strategic planning and operational design, organizational development, and conflict resolution.
In addition to being a Consultant and Executive Coach at Mobius, Julie continues to work with Vantage Partners, a Boston-based consulting firm that drives business results through improving how organizations negotiate and manage key business relationships. Prior to that, Julie worked for The Newmarket Company in Washington, D.C., an advisory and information services firm, where she worked with multinationals to shape their strategies in emerging markets around the world. Julie serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of BHP, a Boston-based non-profit theatre company and maintains professional affiliations with ESC of New England and CCT, providing strategic support to non-profit organizations.
Julie received her M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She also holds an M.A. in History and a B.A. in History and International Relations from Boston University and speaks English, Spanish, and Russian.
