Lori Brewer Collins

Lori Brewer Collins, Mobius Executive Coach and Transformational Faculty member, provides executive coaching and consulting for senior leaders and their teams. For over 25 years she has worked with executives within complex multi-national organizations in over 30 countries to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Her work includes executive and high-potential development as well as succession planning. She also designs and manages large-scale leadership initiatives. Her clients are from the private and public sectors, including technology, professional services, retail, pharmaceuticals, international finance, manufacturing, consumer products, government agencies, and global NGOs.

Lori’s approach leads to deeper cognizance and application of transformative principles. She is a recognized thought leader in the field of vertical development, polarity management and global leadership agility. Her specialty is expanding individual and collective capacities to navigate complexity, engender cross-functional collaboration, and lead system-wide innovative transformation.

Lori is also Founder and President of Cultivate the Karass (www.cultivatethekarass.org), a 501(c)3 inspired by the life and work of her late son, Jake Brewer. Cultivate the Karass (CtK) works with policy changemakers to bridge ideological differences, craft powerful bi-partisan relationships, reduce hyper-partisanship, and elevate public discourse.

Lori’s has served as Senior Principal for Cambria Consulting, Senior Principal for Axialant Consulting, and Manager of Custom Solutions for the Center for Creative Leadership – EMEA. Earlier in her career she was Manager of Leadership and Corporate Culture at Saturn Corporation – General Motors.

Her published writing and speaking engagements include: “Global Leadership: The Time Is Now.” As a frequent conference speaker, Lori’s recent engagements include Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics, University of Chicago Institute of Politics, Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, Personal Democracy Forum, Code for America, and the White House Open Data Summit.

Lori holds a M.Ed. in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University and was a student of Theological Studies at Vanderbilt Divinity School. Her B.A. is from Michigan State University. She is a certified executive coach and accredited in a wide variety of 360 and personality assessments including the Global Leadership Profile and Hogan Suite.

Lori has dual citizenship in the US and Belgium and lives trans-atlantically between Arlington, Virginia and Brussels.
