Lyn Travis is a facilitator, executive coach, consultant and program designer with over 14 years of experience in individual, team, and organization transformation and alignment using a collaborative, experiential, and integrated approach to link behavior, mindset, and performance. She has expertise in the design and facilitation of interactive and engaging meetings and workshops, executive presence development, customer/partner advisory council strategy and facilitation, top team alignment and peak performance teaming, culture shift/transformation, leadership development and skill development for trust-based, high impact relationships. Lyn’s experience is wide ranging, across industries and the globe.
Lyn currently has a global, independent practice providing facilitation, coaching, and executive development to various clients, including to McKinsey & Company and its clients. She is also a teaching assistant in both Johnson Business School and in Cornell Entrepreneurship Program. Prior to starting her own practice, she served clients as
a consultant leader at Cap Gemini (Europe and US) in its Strategy & Transformation, PeopleAdvantage, and Customer Relationship Management areas. Lyn was a facilitator in the Ernst & Young Rapid Development Center and Cap Gemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment. At Procter & Gamble, GmbH (Europe) she worked in Brand Management within the Health & Beauty Care Division. She was the multi-country Educational Tour Director at Europeiska Ferieskolan, (Europe), and at Learning Systems International (US), Lyn worked as a Systems Trainer.
Lyn is certified in a number of methodologies, including Appreciative Inquiry, INSIGHTS, DiSC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, Values Clarification, Facilitated Session Leadership, TEAM Challenge Outdoor High/Low Ropes, Coaching Foundation and Skills, Organization Change Management, Organization Transformation, Organization Culture Assessment (Human Synergistics Inventory), Applied Improvisation, Customer & Employee Value Exchange Methodology, and Structured Thinking (Minto). Lyn earned a Masters of science from Cornell University and is a deferred PhD candidate in human resources and organizational development with focused research on the subject of “Transnational Organizational Capabilities.” She also has a business degree (MBA equivalent) from St. Gallen School of Business, Switzerland with a concentration in organizational behavior and marketing.
