Patrick Campiani

Patrick Campiani has a broad business background in consulting, venture creation and general management. He consults for global companies in organizational change and top team performance in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. He has a proven track record helping organizations, senior teams and leaders enhance performance by developing practices and behaviors that support their business strategy.

Until recently, he was the General Manager for Axialent North America, a global consulting firm he co-founded in 2003, and that specializes in organizational change, team performance and leadership. He played a key role in developing Axialent from a 4 people start-up to a 150 people global consulting firm with Fortune 500 clients across the world. While at Axialent he also led large scale organizational transformation projects and worked with top teams around the world.

An entrepreneur at heart, Patrick also created new businesses in the high-tech and foodservice industries. He co-founded and acted as CEO of Advertium, an online media marketplace with operations in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Prior to Advertium, he founded and led Brickell Key Foods, a U.S.-based beef-trading and distribution company.

Earlier in his career, Patrick worked for Citigroup where he managed a regional business unit for the retail bank in Argentina.

Patrick is co-founder of Train to Give, a Miami based non for profit organization that supports health and literacy initiatives for children in Latin America and is funded through triathlon training communities and sports related activities.

Patrick received a B.S. in industrial engineering and management from the Catholic University of Argentina. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Patrick currently lives with his wife and three children in Key Biscayne, Florida in the U.S., where he enjoys outdoor activities such as marathons and triathlons.
