Richard Dash

As an educator, administrator, corporate officer and mediator with over 30 years of experience, Richard Dash has brought his conflict resolution and team building skills to bear on four continents. He specializes in the teaching of proactive skills of non-adversarial conflict resolution, team collaboration, clarity of communication and
multi-cultural understanding. Richard spent 18 years living among Palestinians and Israelis in the Middle East, creating and teaching extremely practical tools for dispute resolution.

Richard has served as a consultant to Ministries of Education in Europe and the Middle East, as well as to Mexico/American cooperative education programs. He was a facilitator for GE Real Estate and GE Fleet Services’ Senior Leadership Teams and an organizational development consultant for Fleet Services and the CIO office of GE Real Estate. Richard provided communications training and team building for GE Healthcare Performance Solutions and GE Electrical Supply and advanced communications training for almost 10% of Intuit Software personnel.

During the years Richard lived in the Middle East, he served as Training Director for ‘Interns for Peace Organization’, a program for Israelis living in and establishing peace programs in Palestinian villages. He acted as a consultant, international negotiator and Project Director for OZ Building and Investments LTD. a public company in Israel.

Richard is a frequent lecturer working with such groups as The Arlington Institute, Cornell University and The Weitzman Institute of Science. A frequent traveler and fluent in Hebrew, Richard is based in the United States.
