Susan Jordan Kertzner

Susan Jordan Kertzner has been partnering with clients to create collaborative learning organizations for over 20 years. Building on her previous experience as a manager in the hi-tech industry, she focuses on enabling the leaders she coaches to create productive learning environments that also attend to the bottom-line. Susan offers clients assistance in many critical areas including leadership development in learning organizations; executive and professional coaching; strategic dialogue; visionary planning; team-building; strategic thinking skills; and conflict resolution. She most recently served as faculty for General Electric’s Management Development Course and Mastering Personal Leadership program at its corporate training center in Crotonville, N.Y. She is also on faculty for Motorola University. Susan is a co-author of two books, Rediscovering the Soul of Business and Four Gateways Coaching.
Susan and her husband, Ron Kertzner, founded ChoicePoint Consulting, Inc., a leadership training and consulting firm in 1997. Prior to that, she served with Leading Learning Communities, a training and consultant firm that specializes in organizational learning. From 1990-1993, she was the regional manager for Interaction Associates, a national training and consulting company with offices in Boston and San Francisco. She was responsible for overseeing both the training and consulting arms of the Boston office.
She holds a masters degree in counseling psychology from Regis University, a masters degree in political philosophy from Boston College and a Bachelors degree in political science from Assumption College. She has post-graduate training in organizational development from Northeastern University and in economics from Boston University.
