Suzanne Rotondo

Suzanne is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Mobius, and a founding Principal of Redshift Leadership, a global consultancy that specializes in leadership and culture, with a deep expertise in emotional intelligence and Positivity. Suzanne has been published extensively and is an experienced executive coach, leadership consultant, retreat session facilitator, and advisor to Boards of Directors and senior teams.

She works with media companies, NGOs (environmental, arts, healthcare), municipal governments, and creative organizations, working closely with Boards, executives and their senior teams. In this work, the focus is to build high performing teams through strategic alignment regarding not only what is done, but how it is done, often in an effort to lead and implement culture change in organizations undergoing enormous transformation due to both internal and external shifts.

Over the last 15 years, Suzanne has worked with a variety of organizations including Clinton Foundation, Natural Resource Defense Council, MTV, Open Society Foundation, 270 Strategies, Healthcare without Harm, ASCAP (American Society of Composers and Publishers), Philadelphia Mayor’s Office, NYC LGBT Center, Abraham Path Initiative, Garrison Institute, Disney, Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania (CHOP), Paramount Studios, and Black Entertainment Television.

Suzanne holds a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Suzanne and her team are committed to social justice issues around the world, which is reflected in Redshift Leadership’s annual donations of 5% of revenue to organizations that make a positive difference, including Doctors without Borders, Heifer International, Philabundance, NY Lawyers for Public Interest, Healthcare for the Homeless Clinicians’ Network, UN High Commissioner for the Rights of Refugees, Polaris Project and Breast Cancer Research.
