He has 12 years of consulting experience in the high-tech sector where he has worked across industries and businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. In his career he has been involved in many organizational change initiatives and facilitated collaborative work sessions developing strategic solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
For over half a decade he has pursued the systemic constellation approach and deepened his understanding of the systemic dynamics that have such a profound influence on our behavior and perception. Tracking these dynamics that operate outside of our everyday awareness had a tremendous impact on the way he approached his consulting engagements and informs his appreciation and respect for the beauty and dysfunction that organization can create and also become the seed for change.
Volker is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). His understanding of the role of perception, beliefs, and the way people create meaning about themselves and the world around them makes him a respectful guide in transformational processes.
