Jeff Hasenfratz

Jeff, a Shanghai-based executive coach, facilitator, and Mandarin speaker, has made his home in Asia for nearly two decades. His 20-plus years of experience in the technology and human capital consulting industries includes functional specialization in business development and in talent assessment, development and transition. Previous corporate associations include Hewlett-Packard, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Cincinnati Bell.
Sponsoring organizations include professional services firms, plus Fortune 100 firms in the technology, construction materials, consumer goods, entertainment, and financial services sectors. Jeff helps motivated C-Suite executives gain and leverage greater self awareness, leading to performance improvement for themselves and their team members. Jeff holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University, a JD from the College of Law, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Integral Coach training and certification through New Ventures West. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, Founder of Shanghai Coaches Learning Group, and Founding Member of the Hong Kong Coaching Community. Jeff enjoys practicing Chen-style taichi, travelling, and spending time with his family.
