Albert Edwards, III

Dr. Albert Edwards, III is a senior global executive coach, professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and an expert consultant in the field of organization development. He is a widely respected professional with expertise in driving organizational success by designing and executing forward-thinking strategies and building dynamic global HR organizations that work in alignment to enable mission success is an area of speciality. Albert completed a four-year consultation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Electricity Company, in which he coached and worked in partnership with the top 300 senior management team members to design and launch learning and development programs and talent management strategies to optimize human capital and add value worldwide. Through technical excellence, thought leadership and unbridled innovation, he has helped many organizations build cultures of collaboration, respect and accountability that have transformed performance across every aspect of the HR spectrum, and the organization as a whole.

For more than two decades, Albert has held senior executive roles in several industries, including media and communications (Gannett Publishing Co,), energy-oil and gas (Constellation Energy), automotive (General Motors), and institutions of higher learning (The University of Southern California and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology).

Albert has also served as chair and associate professor of Industrial-Organizational and Business Psychology at the Los Angeles Campus of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
He received his B.A. in Political Science from Alma College, a Master of Science in organization development strategic human resource development from UPENN, and a Doctor of Psychology in Organization Development and Change from Alliant International University.
