Ayoub Semaan

Ayoub is a leadership coach and a management consultant. His work seeks the leadership potential within individuals and invites them to bring it forward. He has designed professional development programs for organizations and individuals, advised top management teams on strategy and leadership issues, and engaged with boards on issues of board effectiveness, structure, and processes.

Ayoub’s practice focuses on creating leadership development programs for organizations, teams, and individuals, and coaching clients within those programs. The curricula he designs include work on self-knowledge, inter-personal dynamics, and critical thinking.

In addition, he is experienced in the design and facilitation of top team conversations around strategy and organization, drawing on various problem-solving and design thinking techniques.

Clients currently served are located in the GCC, France, the US and South Asia, and include executives and board members in various industries, physicians, educators, not for profit founders, and entrepreneurs.

Ayoub is a former consultant with McKinsey’s Dubai office, where he advised clients on organization and leadership issues, led major projects of economic development in the region, and conducted research engagements with the McKinsey Global Institute. Previously, he cofounded and led the operations of a bio-technology company in Silicon Valley, one of the first companies to join StartX, Stanford’s startup accelerator.

Ayoub holds a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a joint Master degree in Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and the French Petroleum Institute, and an Engineering degree (BS/MS) in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics from the Ecole Polytechnique in France.
