Bill Cornwell

William Cornwell, Mobius Executive Coach, has more than 20 years experience working with high-profile multinational and government organizations. He has been based in Southeast Asia for 11 years and his practice areas include executive coaching, business performance coaching, 360-degree feedback programs, consultation and workshops on strategic planning and change leadership, and team improvement through workshops that develop “active” followers and innovative thinkers.

Bill’s coaching experience has seen him working with Asian-based executives in the multinational sector to assist them in areas of leadership, relationship development, cultural integration, and team-building techniques. Some of his clients include BASF, Estee Lauder, McGraw Hill, Novartis, Chevron Oronite, Bax Global Logistics, and Accenture
Consulting. He has also worked with leaders from the Singapore National Library Board, the Housing Development Board, the Ministry of Health, Public Utilities Board and the Singapore Police Force.

As a top-level leadership consultant, Bill brings a solid record of strategic planning and business development expertise to his discipline. He has frontline management and operational experience, having been responsible for leading a number of senior professional, technical and support teams. He created and was a general manager for the world’s largest conference center management company, Benchmark Hospitality, and helped grow businesses in the fields of executive search, communications, golf course construction, public non-profit and consulting.

Over his career, Bill has attained extensive cross-cultural experience having worked in the US, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Philippines, Korea, Mexico and Thailand. Further, his clients are culturally diverse and draw from Asia, Australia, China, India, UK, Europe and Africa.

In addition to his own executive coaching practice, he provides senior level coaching programs on an adjunct basis for The Center for Creative Leadership and Lee Hecht Harrison.
