After founding three successful companies by the age of 24, Brent redirected his energy to helping other founders build great businesses. Serving on the senior leadership team of three early-stage and rapidly growing companies, Brent had the privilege of helping organizations double revenues, integrate acquisitions, launch new businesses, and expand internationally.
As a coach and trusted advisor, Brent works with clients as they face the difficult decisions and challenges that come with growing as leaders. Clients choose to work with Brent when they feel the need to add fuel to their personal performance and that of their expanding teams. Brent helps his clients discover and unlock new levels of potential.
Brent is the co-author of Reinventing Scale-Ups: Radical Ideas for Growing Companies. The book profiles outlier and progressive organizations around the world whose leaders have chosen to break from tradition and find new and unique ways of scaling-up. It’s a collection of ideas, experiences and practical tips to stimulate thinking and help leaders shape their organizations.
Brent has a Bachelor in Engineering & Management; an MBA; an MA in Counseling Psychology; and a certificate in Small & Medium-Sized Enterprise Board Effectiveness.
