Caroline Glanville-Jones, a Mobius Executive Coach, has global experience as a researcher, designer and facilitator of the mindset and behavior work that supports successful organizational and personal transformation. She has client experience in diverse industries, including oil and gas, financial services, banking, telecommunications, health, media (radio and television), professional services, and not-for-profits.
As a founding facilitator of the Mindset and Capabilities division of Global Management Consultancy, she is currently working with leading global companies on leadership performance and cultural transformation. Caroline focuses on integrating organizational and personal transformation at all levels, from top team to frontline managers, and supports the development of leadership skills in both new and established leaders. She has extensive experience in “The Inner Game of Leadership” with a focus on building more internal resilience and resourcefulness.
Recently, Caroline has facilitated Leadership Development with Telstra TTIP (Technology and Information Processing), Macquarie Bank, and Commonwealth Bank. In addition, she serves as an executive coach to both senior executives and top teams.
Caroline’s previous experience includes facilitating programs on customer excellence, leading and managing change, negotiation, team effectiveness, and vision and strategy alignment. She has been involved in dispute resolution and has designed and delivered dispute management, conflict resolution, difficult conversations, and mediation trainings.She has also been a mediator for business, rural communities, and prisons.
