Doug Sundheim

Doug Sundheim, a Mobius Executive Coach, brings over 15 years of experience in growing businesses and helping others do the same. He works with leaders and teams of Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial firms to help them maximize their effectiveness. In addition to running his own firm, he spent 2 years with The Trium Group. Prior to his work in organizational consulting, Doug started a 100-person catering company, followed by several years in the marketing consulting field where his clients included Sony, M&M/Mars, Mattel, and Motorola among others.

Doug’s work with senior executives and their teams includes: Strategic prioritization and alignment, decreasing conflict and increasing trust, clarifying and accelerating decision- making, mobilizing an organization for action, improving lines of communication and individual coaching & development. His work across organizations includes organizational transformation (architecting & executing); “fast turnaround” projects designed to produce
results in 3-4 months; comprehensive change management planning and execution; large group facilitation for strategic visioning; organizational surveying and assessment; and training programs for general, sales, & change leadership.

A frequent speaker on a variety of business topics including leadership, organizational culture, & strategy, he has delivered talks at Columbia University, New York University, The Society for Human Resources, and The World Research Group conference. In 2005, Doug co-authored The 25 Best Time Management Tools and Techniques which has been translated into 5 languages and continues to be a bestseller. For the past 5 years Doug has been an expert blogger on leadership for Fast Company magazine.

Doug holds a BS from Cornell University and an MA in Adult Learning & Leadership from Columbia University.
