Andrea (Andy) Lowe

Andy brings Mobius over 20 years’ coaching and management experience, predominantly in Asia Pacific. She has worked across a broad range of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, and utilities with a significant focus on investment banking, finance and professional services.
Her approach to coaching is simple and pragmatic. Clients identify practical actions that they do at their desks that help them with transition, performance and potential. Since 2002 Andy has been running an independent coaching practice which is acknowledged amongst most major financial institutions to be one of the best in the region.
Prior to establishing her practice, Andy was an Executive Director with Goldman Sachs where she managed a number of functions for Asia Pacific. She was responsible for sourcing, selecting and developing talent on a global basis and has an in-depth appreciation of the specific issues that organizations face in managing a multi-cultural
workforce in a highly dynamic region.
Andy began her career as a Research Fellow in Cognitive Psychology and Artificial Intelligence at Edinburgh University and later managed an HR consulting practice for Ernst & Young in Hong Kong.

In addition to holding several professional coaching qualifications,
Andy has a PhD from Edinburgh University in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology and a first class joint honours BA in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Wales. She has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 1989 and currently has clients in many markets across the Asia Pacific region.
