Hawlan Ng draws on his diverse background as a business leader, executive coach and psychologist to help executives enhance their self-awareness to drive positive behavioral growth. He has particular interest and expertise in cross-cultural dynamics and leadership.
Most recently, Hawlan was Partner at RHR International, where he coached and consulted to boards, C-suite, and senior executives for clients in various industries. He also has served as an internal executive coach for the Saudi Electricity Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As Principal of Leadership Assessment Services at Korn/Ferry International, Hawlan built and led a global practice of twelve psychologists to assess development needs for executive search clients.
Hawlan earned a PsyD in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, a master’s from Harvard University, and a bachelor’s in political science from Brown University.
He is certified in the Hogan Inventories, Decision Styles™ assessment and several Lominger Architect Suite assessments. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys spending time with his wife and twin children. An accomplished actor, Hawlan has appeared on television, film and stage in the U.S. and Europe.
