Kathleen Pogue White

Kathleen White, a Mobius Executive Coach, is a leadership development consultant and executive coach specializing in individual role and organizational team development. She practices individual role development through executive coaching. Her organizational development work is carried out in teams designed to focus on balancing the dynamics experienced in the workplace with understanding in order to achieve individual, team and business
objectives.

Along with her consulting work, Dr. White holds leadership positions in academic and professional organizations. She is a founding member and past Director of the Program in Organizational Development and Consultation at the William Alanson White Institute. Her Board memberships include the A.K.Rice Institute for the Study of Groups and Organizations where she is a Fellow, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations where she is a fellow, and the William Alanson White Psychoanalytic Society. Dr. White is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Socio-Analysis and member of the Board of Review, Tavistock Institute, London.

Dr. White received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from New York University.
