Teddy Frank

Teddy is recognized as an innovator in promoting cultural transformation and broad scale engagement at all levels of the organization. She brings her passion and over 30 years of experience as a master facilitator, clinically trained social worker, group psychotherapist, and organizational effectiveness consultant to help build human-centered, agile organizations.  She provides strategic advisement on culture change, transformational workshops and coaching for top team alignment, values-based behavior change and purpose-driven action for leaders, teams and individuals.

Teddy has served as Vice President, Global Culture and Change Management Lead for Philips where she developed the enterprise-wide strategy for cultural transformation and established a sustainable transformational leadership practice serving leadership teams at all levels of the company. She created a rigorous training and certification program and developed a global cadre of internal transformation facilitators.

She is a frequent speaker at global conferences on transformation and culture change, including co-presenting with Philips CEO. She served as a senior leader in Hackett Group/ Archstone Consulting organizational effectiveness practice where she was a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 leadership teams. Prior to that, she was President, Health Promotion Associates where she provided coaching and innovative breakthrough workshops to address leadership challenges and high performance teaming for Fortune 500 companies and public health organizations including Citi Group, Goldman Sachs, Associated Press, Calvin Klein, Penguin Books, Rand Corporation and New York City Board of Education.

Teddy has worked closely with many key thought leaders in the field of change management, transformational leadership and transpersonal psychology including John Kotter, Joseph Jaworski, Dr. Bernard Siegel and Gita Bellin and has authored numerous publications including the book ‘Developing Supportive Learning Environments’. She has a heart for social justice and has served on many volunteer boards such as the Kotter Educational Advisory Board, Center for Social Emotional Education, Equity Alliance, Insight/Out Bedford Hills Women’s Prison and Art Without Walls, Manhattan Correctional Facility.

She holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Hunter College, post-graduate certification as a Reichian/Bioenergetics therapist through Center for Reichian Character Analytic Studies, Yoga instructor through Integral Yoga Institute, Transformational Facilitator through the Facilitator Development Program, Gita Bellin Associates and is certified in the Barrett Values suite of Culture tools.

She lives in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with her husband and their dog and is the proud mother of her sons, David and Justin. She loves to sing, write songs, hike in the mountains, cook for family and friends and curl up with a good book and a cup of tea by the fire.
