Victoria Doebbel

Victoria Doebbel has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and executive coach in multiple areas of organizational vision and learning. She is a Nexum partner, member of the board and responsible for the Nexum Leadership and Change Management businesses. An expert in cultural, strategic and operational change, organizational development, multi-cultural management, and management coaching and counseling, Victoria leads high performing teams in interpersonal effectiveness, and manages large, complex, medium to long-term projects.
Over the most recent 10 years, Victoria has worked extensively for Arthur D. Little and Intercultural Management Associates with her work predominantly focused in Europe, North America and South America. She has worked for many international organizations such as Suez, Nestlé, World Bank, Société Générale, ABB, Caisse des Dépôts, Holderbank,
Diax, British Petroleum, Matignon, Cabinet of the President of Brazil, Dexia, Calyon, Crédit Agricole, ING, and Euroclear.
Prior to her current work, Victoria was a senior consultant and project manager for Cegos, running large, medium-term projects dealing with strategic, cultural and managerial organizational change throughout Europe in both the private and public sectors. She also held a post at Petroleos de Venezuela as an organizational development consultant managing a post merger change project. In both positions, Victoria practiced diagnosis, design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up systems for her interventions.
Victoria is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and has a good knowledge of German. She has extensive teaching and clinical experience, with her most recent posts at A.D.L Corporate University and Suez Corporate University, acting as an expert and faculty member in the areas of change management, communication, leadership,
interpersonal effectiveness, organizational learning, facilitation, complexities of people, management and conflict resolution.
Victoria has a Masters degree with Doctorate studies (CAS) from Harvard University in organizational behavior, counseling and consulting psychology, and a BA in psychology from New York University, earning several academic honors and distinctions. Her continuing education includes: Myers Briggs Typology certification, systems thinking, team learning, organizational learning, process consultation, sustained organizational change, strategy and strategic planning, total quality, productivity improvement methods, decision-making, intervention strategies, organizational transactional analysis, and internal consultancy.
